We operate strictly as a service provider.

MVA Media B.V. does not:

  • Handle or manage client advertising budgets
  • Receive or process third-party payments
  • Resell advertising space
  • Operate e-commerce stores on behalf of clients

All advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the relevant advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta).

€3,950 per month

Strategic foundation & campaign management.

Scope of services:

  • Setup and management of up to 2 advertising campaigns (Google Search and/or Performance Max)
  • Basic tracking configuration (GA4 & Google Ads conversion tracking)
  • Monthly campaign optimisation
  • One monthly strategy call
  • Monthly performance report

Exclusions:

  • Advertising budget
  • Platform fees
  • Website development
  • Hosting, fulfilment, or payment processing services

🥈 SILVER

€6,950 per month

Advanced growth strategy & funnel optimisation.

Scope of services:

  • Management of up to 5 campaigns (Search, PMax, Display)
  • Funnel analysis and optimisation
  • Structured UTM tracking framework
  • Creative optimisation (up to 6 new ad variations per month)
  • Two strategy sessions per month
  • Bi-weekly reporting

Exclusions:

  • Advertising budget
  • Platform fees
  • Third-party software costs unless agreed in writing

🥇 GOLD

€9,950 per month

Full-service performance partnership.

Scope of services:

  • Comprehensive performance strategy (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube where applicable)
  • Multi-funnel architecture
  • Advanced tracking configuration (including server-side tracking where technically feasible)
  • Continuous creative testing (up to 12 variations per month)
  • Weekly strategy call
  • Weekly performance dashboard
  • Scaling strategy & international expansion advisory

Exclusions:

  • Advertising budget
  • Platform costs
  • Operational management of client’s business activities

Compliance & Financial Transparency Statement

  1. No Handling of Client Funds
     MVA Media B.V. receives only a fixed monthly service fee.
    Advertising budgets are paid directly by the client to advertising platforms.
  2. No Resale of Media
     MVA Media B.V. does not buy, resell, or intermediate advertising inventory.
  3. No Revenue Share Unless Contractually Agreed
     Performance-based compensation applies only if explicitly agreed in a signed written agreement.
  4. Transparent Invoicing
     Invoices clearly state:
  • Fixed monthly service fee
  • Contract period
  • Applicable VAT
  • No pass-through of advertising spend

Digital Consultancy Services Only All services relate to digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance optimisation.

Contract Framework

  • Minimum term: 3 months
  • Notice period: 1 month
  • Monthly prepayment
  • No guarantees regarding revenue or profitability
  • Clients retain ownership of their advertising accounts at all times
